The Developer: I build and debug REST APIs with NestJS, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL, and I work across the whole lifecycle: schema design and migrations, authentication and role-based access control, testing, then containerised deployment to AWS with Docker and ECS. The Growth Path: I started in IT support, troubleshooting hardware, networks, and user issues against SLA targets. Learning how systems actually fail pushed me into full-stack development, and then into enterprise work as a Junior Technical Consultant at EPI-USE Africa, where I completed structured training in ABAP, Fiori, CPI, and HANA. Two SAP certifications so far, and I'm still certifying. The Foundation: A National Diploma in IT (Software Development), plus production experience on both sides of the stack. I'm strongest where systems meet: API integration, data modelling, and debugging the messy seams between services. The AI Edge: I work with AI deliberately, not casually. Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude help me read unfamiliar ABAP and SAP code, trace bugs, and clear boilerplate so my time goes to the hard parts. I also build with it, including a RAG-powered agent that turns raw spending data into usable financial insight. The Mission: Keep compounding. More certifications, deeper enterprise work, and the range to carry a requirement from the client conversation all the way to production code that holds up.
